The genesis of the company was born out of the observation that while platform biotechs and pharmaceutical companies started making great leaps and strides with AI and ML overhauls following the rise in popularity of transformer models, the smaller biotech companies were getting left behind in a now faster drug development race. Without internal AI/ML expertise or ample funding for leveraging AI for internal research programs, these smaller biotechs in Massachusetts really benefit from having a specialist to work with them to, in a sense, get them fitted with new AI/ML-enabled running shoes. Scriptome.AI provides both the shoe horn to slip into the use of faster more efficient drug development tools, and a partner for these small biotechs to get to IND swiftly with runway to spare.
